Every year, we perform Qurbani seeking the pleasure of Allah. Yet in our own country, countless families cannot afford to eat meat even once throughout the year. For many of them, Eid-ul-Adha is the only occasion when they can place a good meal before their children.
Sadly, in many remote and underprivileged areas of Bangladesh, very few Qurbanis take place. As a result, many families remain deprived of Qurbani meat. On the other hand, a single building in the city may have more Qurbanis than an entire rural community.
To reduce this inequality, Wellbeing Bangladesh Society (WBS) is once again organizing the “Qurbani Project 2026.” Your Qurbani animal will be sacrificed in accordance with Shariah in remote areas of the country, and the meat will be distributed among genuinely poor and needy families, In Sha Allah.
Qurbani is an act of worship that can also be fulfilled through a representative. Therefore, you may entrust us with your full Qurbani or a share of it to help reach vulnerable people in need.
Participation Conditions
➤ Qurbani funds must come from halal earnings.
